Should Smoking be banned?

 

Recently smoking became a global problem of the world. Every second man smokes. But the worst point of it is  that nowadays women and teenagers form the main group of smokers. Every year near 3 million people die because of  smoking related diseases. Considering this terrible statistics our government has to deal with the problem of banning smoking.

Someone says that banning of smoking would restrict human’s rights. Some people who has problems can relax only with the help of cigarettes, often can’t give up smoking. Moreover after banning smoking government would lose a lot of income from taxes on tobacco.

On the other hand smoking is very dangerous, firstly for the smoker himself than to people who lives  and works with him. A lot of people die from lung cancer.

To look globally, the  tobacco smoke pollute our atmosphere and it leads to serious ecological problems.

All things considered, I’m for  banning smoking because it badly effects humanity especially young generation.
